What it is

Matomeru (mtm) is built on ochazuke and runs its agents in panes of a TUIOS daemon it starts for itself. Every action in the TUI is also a command: mtm task new --title ..., mtm project pin, mtm catalog.

Its logo is a furoshiki: a cloth knotted around everything you are working on, so projects, panes and agent turns travel as one tidy bundle.

What it does

  1. 01 / 06

    The Inbox

    What needs you, from any source, unread first: an agent waiting for input, a finished turn, a failed or long-running shell command, a review request. Tools push items in with mtm action-item add.

  2. 02 / 06

    Live agent panes

    Agents run in TUIOS panes. A leader key (ctrl+a by default) gives you the palette, settings, pickers and pane switching without leaving the live pane.

  3. 03 / 06

    Projects, tasks, notes

    Every noun gets the standard verbs over its props (get, list, create, set, rename, move, duplicate), and history.undo reverts them.

  4. 04 / 06

    Turns and reviews

    Each pane's turns are captured; a review per agent pane holds your answer and status, accepted or rejected from the keyboard.

  5. 05 / 06

    Schedules

    Run signal producers or prompts on an interval or a calendar (weekdays 8:30, cron 0 9 * * 1-5), into a new agent pane or an open one, with backoff and history.

  6. 06 / 06

    Drive it from an agent

    mtm mcp serve lets an agent in a TUIOS pane drive mtm over MCP; mtm mcp config claude prints the entry to add.
